Preparation
The preparation process of any surface is the most important step to ensure proper adhesion of the coating.
Moss and Mould Treatment
For a Decramastic roof we use a fast-acting Moss and Mould Treatment that is sprayed on to the roof to kill any and all moss, mildew and lichen growth on the roof.
Roof Wash
With our fast-acting Moss and Mould treatment that we apply, the roof only needs a rinse to remove all the dead moss, mildew and lichen.
Roof Repairs
Ridge-Cap Replacement
The ridge cap of a decramastic roof serves a great purpose as it seals and joins the two sides of the roof. If it has deteriorated or is loose it could leave the roof exposed and cause a leak. it is best to get repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
Tile Replacement
Once a decramastic tile has been to badly dented it creates a tear water can penetrate. If not replaced or repaired the leak can cause further damage to the structure or inside of your house.
Batten Replacement
A batten is an essential to support the tiles and if one is broken or soft, the tiles dip and creates a possible leak. The batten needs to be replaced with new timber and then properly nail down the tiles.
Flashing Replacement
We have found that most of the times a leak consist of broken tiles on the roof. We replace the needed amount of tiles that suits your pocket and solves the leak.

10 Year Guarantee
Our 3 coat system is an application of a Basecoat and re-chip, followed by 2 topcoats of Procoat Matt Finish Roof Coating in the color of your choice.
15 Year Guarantee
To add a little more lifespan to your roof we add an extra coat to make it a 4 coat system which is an application of a Basecoat and re-chip, 1 Basecoat to secure the chip to the surface, followed by 2 topcoats of Procoat Matt Finish Roof Coating if yon the color of your choice.
